Privacy Policy

Runvaire is operated by Anyvaire LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Runvaire website, web app, desktop app and mobile app.

• Account details: name, email address and workspace membership.
• Workspace content: prompts, messages, files, agent instructions and the results of agent runs.
• Connected accounts: the access tokens needed to reach the tools you connect, stored encrypted.
• Billing details, handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, device type and error logs.

We use this data to run the service, carry out the tasks you give your agents, provide support, prevent abuse and send service messages. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

We share data only with providers that help us run Runvaire, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing and the AI model providers that process your agents’ requests. They may use it only to provide their service to us. When you connect a third-party tool, data moves between Runvaire and that tool under its own terms.

If you run Runvaire on your own infrastructure, your workspace data stays there and we do not receive it, except for anything you choose to send us, such as support requests.

We keep workspace data while your account is active. When you delete your workspace or ask us to, we delete it from our active systems within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as invoices.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to how we use it. Email us to make a request and we will respond within 30 days.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

Runvaire is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post changes here and update the date above. For material changes, we will notify account owners by email before they take effect.
